History of Jury Hot Sauce Trading
Fifteen years ago, that question was unknowingly being answered through the life of Jury Joani, a young Filipina who left the Philippines with nothing but determination in her heart and a dream to uplift her family from hardship.
She was one of many Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) who left home in search of opportunity, but her journey would later become something far greater than survival—it became a story of transformation, dignity, and purpose.
In the United Arab Emirates, she started as a Domestic Helper. Life was not easy. Every day demanded strength, humility, and silent endurance. Yet even in the simplest work, she carried herself with grace and discipline, never allowing hardship to define her worth.
Through dedication and excellence, she was given a rare opportunity to work as a Chef for a Royal Family. This moment became a turning point in her life. From simple kitchens to royal standards, she learned precision, creativity, and the deep respect behind every dish prepared. More importantly, she began to see food not just as sustenance—but as identity and passion.
Her journey continued to evolve as she entered the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industry, working as a Manager handling operations and coordinating with doctors and pharmacists across the UAE. This experience strengthened her understanding of quality, safety, and responsibility. Alongside her career growth, she pursued studies in Information Secretarial courses, steadily building her knowledge and skills for the future she envisioned.
After years abroad, she returned to the Philippines—not empty-handed, but full of experience, wisdom, and compassion shaped by her OFW journey.
She began small. Around 10 years ago, she entered micro-retail and small business ventures in Manila, believing deeply that even the smallest livelihood can change a family’s destiny. Her heart was always drawn to helping small entrepreneurs and fellow OFWs who were trying to rebuild their lives.
Eventually, that vision gave birth to something bigger—Jury Hot Sauce Trading, a manufacturing venture established in Silang, Cavite. Built with passion and discipline, the factory complied with strict FDA regulations and achieved Halal certification, ensuring trust, quality, and inclusivity for every household it reached.

In 2025, Jury Hot Sauce Trading received numerous awards in recognition of excellence in entrepreneurship, food innovation, and international exposure. The brand was featured in international magazines and recognized in global trade platforms, including the World Trade Center in Dubai, Manila, and Taiwan.
That same year, admiration for her story grew—not only for her success, but for her compassion toward OFWs who saw themselves reflected in her journey.
In 2026, Jury Joani was honored as Model Mom Globe, a recognition celebrating her strength as a mother, entrepreneur, and global inspiration.
But beyond awards and recognition, what truly defines her is her heart for OFWs.
She remains a living testimony that sacrifice is never wasted—that every tear, every hardship, and every year spent abroad can become the foundation of something meaningful, powerful, and lasting.
Today, Jury Hot Sauce Trading stands not just as a brand, but as a legacy of hope. A reminder that from the hands of an OFW, greatness can rise—and from struggle, something beautiful can be built.
